Papardelle al pomodoro - ribbons of egg pasta in a light and fresh tomato sauce

Conchiglioni Ripieni - similar to cannelloni - these large shell pasta are filled with two fillings ? meat and spinach & ricotta. A family favourite, which can be prepared in advance and frozen.

Tortellini alla panna con proscuitto - a classic Italian cream sauce with parmigiano and proscuitto

Rigatoni alla Sorentina -  fast & simple, and full of flavour with mushrooms, bacon, tomato, peas and mozzarella

Individual Dark Chocolate Baskets -  with seasonal fresh fruit
