Party Passion

Following the success of our original cocktail food class ("Sex & the City" Passion), our newest cocktail food class offers up some great new finger-food ideas for your next party. As well as mixing up a Frozen Mango Daquiri, we'll also give you tips on some excellent local food suppliers that you can use (and I usually use when we're entertaining) to either supplement your own prepared cocktail food or use them entirely to cater for a "fuss-free" cocktail party.

  • Parmesan Wafers 
  • Proscuitto-Wrapped Prawn Skewers
  • Frozen Mango Daquiris
  • Mini-Arancini - small saffron risotto balls filled with melting mozzarella
  • Olive & Semi-dried Tomato Carbonara Frittata - excellent as a party food or great for lunches
  • Grilled Lamb & Minted Yoghurt Rolls- slices of succulent rosemary & garlic grilled lamp rumps served with a Wasabi Cream. 
  • Almond Crusted "Buffalo" Chicken Wings - spicy chicken wings crusted with almonds and served with a Blue Cheese dipping sauce.
