A different slant to the typical BBQ cuts of meat. These dishes are designed to be super easy yet impressive!

 

In 2 hrs, you'll learn how to make:

Fresh Tomato, Garlic & Basil Pasta ('Pasta Bruschetta') - warm pasta tossed through a "no-cook" sauce of fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic and chilli 

BBQ Veal T-Bones with Parmesan & Herb crust - succulent Veal T-Bones with parmesan & fresh parsley and BBQ to a golden crust

BBQ Jamaican Jerk Chicken Cutlets - a spicy combination of Jamaican Allspice & fiery Habanero chillis

Roasted Vegetable Salad with Fresh Rosemary & Balsamic Dressing - roasted potatoes, beetroot, pumpkin, sweet potato and red capsicum tossed with balsamic vinegar 

Summer Fruit Crumble - berries covered in a crispy combination of rolled oats, coconut, butter and brown sugar
