Cocktail food ideas for the party season, and of course, the 'Cosmopolitan'.

In 2 hrs, you'll learn how to make:

  • Grilled Chorizo & Cucumber - lightly grilled chorizo served on cucumber, to refresh
  • Sweet Potato Frittata - a healthy, baked frittata with a Sweet Potato base that looks amazing when served up.
  • Chevre Champignon - stuffed mushroom caps with spinach, bacon & goat's cheese 
  • Avocado & Cucumber California Rolls - we'll provide the bamboo rolling mats to let you have a try at rolling your own California Rolls 
  • Caramelised Onion, Olive, Fetta & Rosemary Tartlettes - caramelised onions served in a light puff pastry case with kalamata olives, fetta and fresh rosemary
  • Vietnamese San Choy Bau Tartlettes - mildly spiced mince chicken, carrot, cucumber & fresh mint served in a crispy wonton case
  • Complimentary Cocktails -Cosmopolitan (Cranberry juice, vodka, triple sec & lime) & Bellisima (Fresh Fruit & Berry Champagne Cocktail)
